4 slices bacon
2 cups Chicken Stock
16oz jar of chunky salsa
1/4 cup chili powder
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cans of Black Beans (undrained)

Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, and Cilantro to sprinkle on top of soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry up the bacon until crisp. Remove, drain, and crumble.
2. Blend up one can of the black beans with the chicken stock, chili powder, and ketchup.
3. Pour blended mixture into large pot. Add salsa, crumbled bacon, and other can of black beans.
4. Bring to boil and then drop down to a simmer for 10 minutes.
