2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
12 vanilla wafers
1 can pie filling (cherry/blueberry/strawberry)

Directions:
Directions:
Using a muffin pan, place a cupcake line in each one. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

Lay a vanilla wafer, flat side down, in each muffin cup. Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers.

Bake 350º for 20 minutes. Allow tarts to cool completely.

Serve with your favorite pie filling and add whip cream.
