4 med. Vidalia onions
2 1/2 T. honey
2 1/2 T. balsamic vinegar
1 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel onions and cut each into halves. Place onion halves cut-side up in a sprayed baking dish. Combine honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt. Mix well. Spoon over onion halves. Bake covered in 450º oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes or until onions are tender.
