3 TBSP REDUCED SODIUM SOY SAUCE
2 TBSP WATER
1 TBSP OIL
2 CUPS SLICED BELL PEPPER
8 GREEN ONIONS, CUT INTO 2-IN. PIECES;
1 LB. PORK TENDERLOIN, CUT INTO STRIPS
1 TBSP FRESH GINGER
1 TBSP MINCED GARLIC
1 LB. FRESH PINEAPPLE CHUNKS

IN A BOWL, MIX HOISIN SAUCE, REDUCED-SODIUM SOY SAUCE, AND WATER. SET ASIDE. HEAT WOK OVER HIGH HEAT UNTIL SMOKING. ADD OIL, THEN ADD 2 CUPS SLICED BELL PEPPERS, GREEN ONIONS PORK, GINGER AND GARLIC. COOK, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL MEAT BROWNS. ADD PINEAPPLE AND THE RESERVED HOISIN MIXTURE, STIRRING TO COAT AND COOK UNTIL WARM. SERVE WITH WHITE RICE
