turkey
32 oz. Wishbone Italian dressing
10 to 12 oz. red pepper
celery salt
onion salt
2 to 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tony Chachere's seasoning
peanut oil
potatoes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw turkey completely. Cut potatoes into eight wedges. Put turkey in plastic bag. Rub with Italian dressing, red pepper, salts, Worcestershire sauce, and Tony's. Add potatoes. Close bag and marinate overnight or for at least 12 hours. Heat peanut oil to 350º to 375º. Carefully add turkey and cook at a steady 325º for 3 minutes per pound. When done, fry the potatoes. Serve immediately.
