1 8-oz. pkg. crumbled blue cheese
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
3-4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T. onion, finely diced
1/4 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Place cheeses in a food processor and blend until smooth and uniform. Add all other ingredients and blend until well-mixed. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve with pita chips or celery sticks.
