2 sticks butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt (opt)
3 c. quick oats
1 c. raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and cook at 350º for about 8 minutes.
