Golden Delicious apples
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp apple pie spice
2 cups self-rising flour
3-4 tbsp Crisco
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook apples on medium heat with sugar and apple pie spice. Sift flour, cut Crisco into flour. Add milk, as needed. Mix in a circular motion, careful not to over mix. Roll out dough. Use a saucer to cut dough in a circle. Add cooked apple mixture. Fold over once.
Use a fork to secure edges. Heat oil in skillet to 375º to 400º. Fry pie on both sides.
