Ingredients:  
1 chicken (or 3 chicken breasts)
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 can V-8 juice (11.5 oz.)
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
6 stalks celery, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 potato
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
8 carrots, sliced
2 to 3 oz. elbow macaroni
salt & pepper to taste
crushed red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken or breasts until done. Salt and pepper chicken and add onion, celery, and bouillon cube to season broth. Remove chicken and strain broth. Return broth to Dutch oven. Add V-8, crushed tomatoes, onion, celery, bell pepper, and carrots. Let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes. Add potato, corn, and deboned chicken. Season to taste. After vegetables are tender, add elbow macaroni a little at a time until it reaches desired thickness.
