4 medium yellow squash, about 4 cups),
1 medium onion, chopped,
4 crackers, crushed,
salt and pepper to taste.
4 T. butter,
2 eggs, separated,
1/3 cup grated cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash and onion , cook in small amount of water. Cool and add crackers, salt and pepper, butter, egg yolks (one at a time and beat up well) and add cheese. Blend in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes.
