1 stick margarine or butter
2 c sugar
1/2 c milk
4 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 c chocolate chips
3 c oatmeal (uncooked)
4 Tbsp peanut butter (this is adjustable up to 1/2 cup if desired)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, sugar, milk, cocoa and chocolate chips in large saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1-2 minutes only. Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal, vanilla and peanut butter. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Candy cookies are ready to eat in 10 minutes.
