1 pkg chocolate chips (6 oz)
3 Tbsp butter
1 egg
3/4 c powdered sugar
3 c colored minature marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Add egg, powdered sugar and marshmallows. Cool in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Shape into long roll, approximately 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Slice and serve
