4 1/2 cups of flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2 cups milk
1 tbsp butter
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg white, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. In saucepan , heat milk, and butter to 120-130. Add to dry ingredients , beat until smooth. Stir in cheese and enough remaining flour to make soft dough. So not knead. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled.Punch down, divide into three portions. Shape each portion into 12 balls. place in three greased round pans. cover and let rise. in warm place 30 min. Brush tops with egg whites. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
