1 c Sugar
1/2 c butter Melted, or oil
1 ts Vanilla
4 tb Sour milk see note
1 c Bananas ripe, mashed
2 c Flour
2 ts Baking Powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 pn Salt
1/2 c Walnuts chopped

Directions:
Directions:

1. In bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, milk and bananas, blending well. 2. In large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add banana mixture and blend only to moisten. Add walnuts, if desired. 3. Pour into lightly greased 9"x5" pan and bake at 350F for 1 hr until tester comes clean.

Note: For sour milk, add 1 tsp vinegar to fresh milk. Crunchy and sweet on the inside; moist and tender on the inside - delicious
