1 large fryer (boiled)
1 1/2 quarts chicken broth
2 onions (chopped)
2 peppers (sautéed)
1/2 stick butter
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 large can English peas
1 small can mushrooms
1 1/2 lbs Velveeta Cheese
12 oz vermicelli

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vermicelli in the chicken broth. Saute onions and peppers in 1/2 of the butter. Add mushrooms, peas and tomatoes to the onions and peppers. Add 1 1/2 lbs Velveeta and mix well. Dot top of casserole with remaining butter. Pour into a large baking dish and bake at 350º for about 20 minutes.
