4 cups flour
4 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 stick butter
3 cups milk

mix all ingredient together, heat griddle to 350º spray griddle with non stick spray pour about 1/2c of mixture on griddle cook for 1 to 2 minutes turn cook other side cake will be golden to dark brown
add butter and syrup on top if desired
