1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 1/2 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix butter, coconut and cake mix until they form crumbs. Spread into a 9x13" ungreased pan. Pat down firm. Bake for 10 minutes at 350ºF. Arrange apples on top of crust. Mix the egg with sour cream and pour over apples. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350ºF.
