1 lb to 1 1/2lbs cod fillets, thawed, if frozen
Salt and pepper
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed
fresh dill for garnish, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry the fish. Sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper

Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish

In a bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, lemon juice and dill weed

4. Spoon sauce over the fish.

5. Bake at 400ºF for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Garnish if desired
