2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream (Quark)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Topping:
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 T. brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add flour combined with baking powder and salt. Mix well. Top with topping mixture. In greased and floured bundt pan, pour half the batter, then half teh topping adn the rest of the batter, then remaining topping. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Remove, cool, dust with powdered sugar.
