Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
¾ cup oil

Frosting:
1 9 oz. container Cool Whip
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 small can crushed pineapple and juice

Directions:

Cake:
Mix together and bake in 9x13 oblong pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Frosting:
Stir pineapple and pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip. Stir until smooth. Refrigerate.

Note: I also use pineapple instead of mandarin oranges.
