1 cup evaporated mil
1 stick butter or margarine ( ½ cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 egg yolks- beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Cook until thickened, Add 1 ½ cup coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans. Cool to spreading consistency.
