12 pieces of chicken
1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
salt and pepper
1/4 cup flour
1 egg beaten
2 tbsp marg
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
can of mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and spices. Dredge pieces of chicken in flour, then dip in egg and coat in bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 30 min
To make sauce melt marg and slowly add flour stirring to keep it smooth add wine and when sauce is done add mushrooms.
Serve chicken with a ladle of white wine sauce
