1-1/2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt

Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustards, horseradish, sour cream and salt in a small bowl. Serve at room temperature with rib roast. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
