1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
9 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 can mushrooms
1 egg beaten
1 cup chicken stock
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Butter casserole dish. In pan saute onion and celery in butter until soft. In mixing bowl combine all ingredients and transfer to casserole dish and bake for an hour.
