3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts/thighs
1 med. onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
40 oz. jar great northern beans
32 oz. chicken broth
1 - 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, boil chicken, onion and garlic powder in chicken broth until chicken is no longer pink. Keep chicken water. Cut up chicken in 1/2 inch cubes. Add cooked chicken, beans, chicken broth, chilies and seasonings to chicken water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in whipping cream. Serve immediately.
