Any fruit juice
Mix enough corn starch in a small amt of water to thicken juice.

Bring to boil, stirring constantly until thick. Serve with cream. Good hot or cold.

This reportedly came from Norwegian Grandmother Mina Anderson (Granny's mother-in-law.) Never seen it called "Cram" as my family does but it is similar to "fruit soup" in Norwegian cookbooks. This is Gram's favorite dessert!
