5-6 Pickling cucumbers
1 cp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 T sugar
1/2 cp. Mirin
1 T shredded kizami shoga (pickled ginger)

Place all ingredients in old jar and turn upside down every hour or so. Refrigerate after 8 hours
