1/2 cup olive oil
1 to 2 cups chopped fresh basil, the more the better
4 to 5 oz goat cheese
2-3 finely chopped garlic
1 lg can chopped or crushed tomatoes
1 lb cooked pasta bowties
parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine garlic and oil........
with a fork work goat cheese into crushed
tomatoes..........
mix altogether, fold in basil and pasta.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
All ingredients can be adjusted as desired.
