2 large cans Contadina Tomato Paste
water
garlic
1 lb Hot Italian Sausage
about 5 pieces Spare Ribs
meatballs - receipe to follow
olive oil
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
FOR MEATBALLS:
Mix together 1 lb ground beef, 1 egg, 1/2 c bread crumbs, 1/4 c grated cheese, some parsley, salt and pepper. Form into meatballs. Set Aside.
FOR SAUCE:
Use a large sauce pot.
Cover bottom with thin layer of oil.
Add 4-6 cloves of crushed garlic
Add sausage links and spare ribs, brown meat, remove it and add meatballs to brown.
Take all meat out and add the 2 cans of tomato paste, add some salt and pepper. Bring almost to a boil then put on low about 30 minutes till paste absorbs the oil. Add 6 cans of water, put meat back in (add more water if all the meat isn't covered). Bring to boil, cover and simmer about 4 hours. If made a day ahead, refrigerate overnight in pot and let cook a couple hours the next day before serving.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
