2 T butter
1 medium onion, sliced
1 lb sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1 c dry white wine
4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 14oz pkg turkey kielbasa, sliced on diagonal
1 8oz bag shredded swiss cheese
2 tsp cornstarch

1. Heat oven to 375º. Coat 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Melt butter in medium nonstick skillet. Add onion and cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Stir in sauerkraut and caraway seeds. Toss to mix. Return to skillet to heat.
Heat through 1 minute.
3. In medium bowl toss shredded cheese with cornstarch.
4. Slice potatoes with V-slicer or mandoline. Begin layering: Spread a layer of potatoes (1/3) on bottom, overlapping slightly. Top with half of sauerkraut and half of the kielbasa. Pour 1/2 c wine over kielbasa. Top with half of the cheese. Add second layer of potatoes, remaining sauerkraut and kielbasa. Pour remaining wine over kielbasa then fan remaining potatoes over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
5. Coat a sheet of foil with nonstick spray and cover dish. Bake covered 50-60 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 20-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
