1 envelope unflavered gelatin
1/4 c cold water
3/4 c boiling water
1 lb cottage cheese
1 c mayo
1 small can crushed pineapples
1/2 lb mini marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Mix gelatin with cold water, add hot water. Mix in cottage cheese, mayo and can of crushed pineapples and juice. Add marshmallows.
Chill and serve.

Note: Lime jello can be substituted for unflavored gelatin.
