Ingredients:  
1 large Romaine lettuce
1 bouquet of fresh parsley
2 slices of whole wheat toast for croutons

Dressing:
1 tsp salt
2 T tarragon vinegar
3/4 tsp pepper
2 T olive oil
1/4 tsp dry mustard
6 T vegetable oil
1/4 tsp sugar
1 raw egg 1
1 tsp Dijon mustard fresh garlic
1 tsp lemon juice

Extras:
fry 1/2 lb. bacon
fry 3/4 cup whole wheat bread cubes in bacon fat
add hard boiled egg cut into wedges
add Anchovy filets on eggs (optional!!!)

Mix ingredients in a bowl,
wash and clean romaine lettuce (Latuga) and brake into bitesize pieces,
sprinkle 2 tbl Parmesan cheese, 1T parsley and croutons on washed Romaine lettuce,
add dressing shortly before salad being served

This famous Caesar's Salad recipe I kept from those wonderful years in Atlanta, Georgia from 1981 - 1985 while working with Kathy at Hapag-Lloyd Travel and since then it travels with me around the world! Hope you enjoy it too! Love, Susanne
