1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 T olive oil, plus # T
1 cup shelled pistachios
1 cup raw almonds
1 T sugar
1 T chopped fresh rosemary
1 T chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over 400º
Place garbanzo beans on a foil-lined baking sheet. Toss with 1 T olive oil and spread the beans in a single layer. Bake until golden 30 min.
Remove beans from the oven. Add the remaining ingredients to the beans and carefully stir to coat all.........Spread this mixture out on the single layer foil baking sheet. Bake 10 more minutes. Let cool slightly, serve...........
