12 oz. Laura Chenel's goat cheese with chardonnay wine or plain if you can't find it with chardonnay.

Extra virgin olive oil to be brushed on cheese after it is warmed up.

Topping:
3 cloves of garlic
sun dried tomatoes cut up
fresh basil chopped

Serve with Crackers or Baguettes

Directions:
Put cheese in a Teflon coated pan or spray a pan with Pam. Warm cheese for 20-25 minutes in 425º pre-heated oven.
Place cheese on platter you will serve it on.
Then brush top of cheese with olive oil and pour prepared topping over cheese. I garnish with basil leaves. Serve immediately with a basket of carves table water crackers or I use sliced toasted baguettes.

This seems to be a real hit with any group (except those who don't like goat cheese).
