1 pkg hidden valley ranch dressing, dry
3 bunches green onions, chopped
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup beer

Mix altogether, add enough beer to moisten mixture.
Serve with pretzels,
Can keep up to a week in frig, but just try.......
