2 or 3 links of Hot Italian Sausage
2 cans of diced tomatoes
raw spinach
Pasta of your choice
1/4 cup Italian dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Skin the links of sausage and cut them into bite sized peices. Then brown them in a deep sided skillet. Once the sausage is browned to your liking add the two cans of tomatoes and 1/4 cup dressing and heat to a boil. Cook the pasta while during this process. Once the sauce is hot, stir in the spinach and serve.

This is an absolute joy for the pasta and meat lover. It is both simple and satisfying.
