32 oz frozen hashbrown potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 stick oleo
1 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar
1 c. cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 stick oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the corn flakes and 1/2 stick of oleo and put in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with corn flakes and 1/2 stick oleo. Bake at 350º for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 10-12.
