2 tbsp butter (sub with 1 tbs olive oil for healthier version)
1 tbsp minced garlic
5 tbsp Capers (crushed)
3 tbsp chopped pickled jalepenos (more or less to taste)
salt
pepper
Tony Cachere's Cajun Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1) Melt butter (heat oil)
2) Season fish with salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning to taste
3) Saute garlic, capers, and jalepenos 2-3 minutes
4) Cook fish 2-4 minutes per side until fish flakes
