First Mixture:
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Second Mixture:
2 c. chopped pitted dates
1 c. water
1 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. soda
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. each of walnuts and coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Cook second mixture until thick and cool. Mix first mixture, put half in bottom of pan and cover with filling then rest of first. Bake 45 min. at 350 degrees.
