1 lb. butter
16 oz. light brown sugar
16 oz. powdered sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
rum
whipped cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and all dry ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Add ice cream. Spoon into 2 qt. container and freeze. To serve, put 3 tbsp. of frozen mixture and 1 jigger of rum into a mug. Top with boiling water, stir and serve immediately with whipped cream on top if desired.
