1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
3 cups frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. jar (or less) Cheese Wiz
3 cups cooked rice
Tabasco
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, saute the onions and celery in butter until the vegetables are clear. Cook broccoli according to the package directions; drain well. Mix broccoli with soup and cheese (Do not add all cheese at once; you may not need the entire jar.); add to celery and onions. Stir in rice; season and mix well. Put into a greased 9x13 casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. This can be mixed ahead and frozen.
