Ingredients:
Ingredients:
pre-cooked ham (I prefer bone-in)
whole cloves
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 cups pineapple juice
1 tbsp. mustard
2 cups diced pineapple
ginger ale

Directions:
Directions:
Stud the ham with cloves. Mix sugar, pineapple juice, diced pineapple and mustard in blender. Place ham on a low rack in roasting pan. Pour pineapple mixture over ham. Bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook for 2 hours. As juice in pan boils down, add ginger ale. Baste ham every 15 minutes, adding ginger ale as needed. Slice and cover with pan drippings before serving. I always remove ham from the rack for the last 30 minutes of cooking and place directly in the sauce in the bottom of the roasting pan. This, plus the frequent basting, gives that extra special flavor.
