1 lb ground beef
1 lb cubed stew meat or steak
1 onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 28 oz can whole tomatoes
1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
1 15 oz can red chili beans
3 15 oz cans dark red kidney beans
2 cubes beef broth
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 chipolte pepper chopped
1 tsp adobo sauce from chipolte pepper can

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat cubes and burger. Pour off fat and set meat aside. Cook onion and peppers until tender. In large pot combine all ingredients. Bring to simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 3 hours, until whole tomatoes begin to break down.If desired serve with shredded cheddar cheese topping.
