Boil 18 large eggs then cool and peel eggs. Cut eggs in half. Remove yokes and set aside in a separate bowl. Mix yokes with 2 tbsp. sweet pickled relish, 1 tbsp. mayo, 1 tsp. yellow mustard, Mix well with fork smashing yokes to a thick texture. Spoon mixture into egg whites, sprinkle with paprika
