2 lb. roast chourico meat or pork, ground
2 large potatoes, cooked and mashed (or enough potato flakes, mashed to equal the amount of ground meat).
2 T. minced onion (or green onion) sauted in 1/4 c. margarine
1 c. ketchup
1 unbaked pie crust
Spanish olives

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients thoroughly and fill unbaked pie crust. Poke Spanish green olives in filling and cover with top crust.
Bake at 400º about 30-40 min or until crust is brown.
