5 large red potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the potatoes in olive oil to coat. Sprinkle the seasonings over the potatoes and toss again. Spread the potatoes out evenly on a baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 375º or until crispy and done.
