1 package cream cheese
1 cup grated cheese (medium or old)
1 green onion, chopped
1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, put in fridge and when firm enough form into a ball or log.
Coat with more maple syrup and roll in crushed pecans.
Serve with your favourite crackers.
