3/4 stick butter
1 cup sour cream
1 - 15oz can whole kernel corn
1 - 15oz can cream style corn
1 onion (chopped) + 1 bell pepper (chopped)
1/4 tsp salt +1/8 tsp pepper + tlbs sugar
3 eggs (beaten)
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9 x 13 baking pan
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over melted butter
Bake 50 min at 350 - remove from oven & add:
1 cup of grated cheese ( your choice) and bake another 10 minutes or until melted
