2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 1/2 sticks butter
12 oz cottage cheese
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli - thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan
Add rest of ingredients
I put some of the melted butter in the cornbread mixture
Bake 1 hr. at 350
