Chuck roast
Beef broth
Salsa verde
salt
pepper
Cumin
Corn tortillas
Refried beans
Cheese
Sour cream
taco sauce
Homemade guacamole
Chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chuck roast in oil and season with worsterchire in pan on stove to brown entire roast. Place roast in a baking pan. Add beef broth, salsa verde, onions, salt, pepper, and cumin. Bake @ 1350 degrees until tender (a couple of hours). Shred beef. Fry tortillas in frying pan. Put shell in quickly, flip shell, and add meat. Fry til both sides are golden brown. You can add refried beans, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, taco sauce, tomatoes, etc....
